    Witherspoon by Stoppage. Tougher and just better IMO

    Physically this is a solid and equal match up. Williams is giving away a bit of height to Witherspoon, and Witherspoon is giving away a bit of reach to Williams. Both I view as fairly durable fighters, but I think Witherspoon more so. and it pains me to say that as Williams fought Liston and showed durability there. But Witherspoon is far more consistent and I think wins by mid round stoppage or UD
