In order for a fight to get made both parties must want smoke. If only one side wants smoke good chance the fight won't get made. But if both sides don't want the smoke you can forget about it. The smoke will evaporate so to speak.

Think of how many of his peers and greats, legends even, of yesteryear who either did duck certain fighters or you can make a strong argument for them doing so.
