Why don't you get behind your heavyweights at all?

Eddie Chambers is a very good boxer, admittedly he's turned to cruiserweight, but he was never able to sell or get on networks like he was supposed to.
Seth Mitchell is a heavyweight banger with a lot of physical talent, he's never in a dull fight.
Chris Arreola - admittedly he turns up out of shape sometimes, always tries to produce entertaining fights.
Deontay Wilder needs to step up soon, seems like he carries a punch and has a very nice story behind his motivation to box.

I've seen so many of you get behind unproven talents such as Adrien Broner, Andre Berto (even though he's HAITIAN), Victor Ortiz and others... but a guy like Seth Mitchell barely gets noticed.

I rate Seth Mitchell as one of the more entertaining heavyweights in recent years, the same way I loved watching Lamon Brewster, I love watching Seth Mitchell. Lamon Brewster was also a guy who barely got noticed, even though he was fighting all over the world, defending his belt in STYLE.

This guy could not sell out an arena in the states, whilst holding a legitimate portion of the heavyweight championship. He had to fly over to Europe to fight, because people would not get behind him in his home country.

    I really don't get it...

because they know these guys are not going to make it to the very top.

Most Americans only support unbeaten fighters, with minimal risk of a loss.

I am behind them. Dont make generalizations bro.
I got 'em all! Chambers is a cruiser now though. I wish he stayed at HW. He is plenty big enough. Beat Dimitrenko's ass and lasted with Wlad.

We got Arreola, the great Tor Hamer,Kevin Kingpin Johnson,Deontay BombSquad Wilder
    Malik Scott,George Foreman's son,newcomer Dominic Brezeale etc

Saturday I am pullin' for $uper $eth Mayhem Mitchell. KO inside 4.

Mitchell is a knockout waiting to happen...
Ill support him until he reaches his limit.

But the Klits are waaaaaaaay beyond his reach.

Thats good man, I'm not saying nobody gets behind them.

I'm saying, these guys deserves fans, most of them are very crowd pleasing. The least we can do is get behind them, and you guys get behind your countrymen and show them some love and support.

I think many heavyweights are discouraged by the fact that they can't sell in their own country, just ask guys like Lamon Brewster.

There's a difference between supporting your fighters, and hyping them up to say that they can beat a Klitschko after beating an opponent like Audley Harrison

Seth and Deontay are both unbeaten and Seth whilst stepping up has done so in great fashion. Even though he's obviously flawed, he's still a major threat to anyone with his heavy hands.

The 70's era was different, people showed love for the likes of Frazier and Norton, despite their losses.

So basically you're a fake fan. You like a guy until he gets beaten? wow.
You're either on the ship or you walk the plank.
Don't forget that Wlad was beaten by 3 b level fighters.

The Klitschkos are superb boxers with excellent experience. No shame in losing to them.
I was probably the biggest Lamon Brewster fan on the forum for so many years, he barely had any fans during his reign. And he knocked people the **** out.

Samuel Peter had more nuthuggers than Lamon Brewster, and Lamon was obviously a better champion.

Lamon won WBO title in a time when boxing had already started to slip.
Real fans know Lamon and that hook that he used to smash Wlad's jaw into 900 pieces. Lamon is one of the nicest heavyweights in the world too by the way.
