Hi guys. You know when you pull back or lay a punch, how exactly do you do it? Do you just lean back? I usually bend my back knee as well as this. One of my trainers makes me move my rear foot back and bring it back in for a counter but I find this difficult to do as I sometimes fall off balance and it is wayyy to slow.
i pull back my feet and come in with a right hand in 1 motion if you get me, my back foot dosent touch down
oops sorry its my left leg that comes off the ground and my right leg bounces back# my punch lands just as my left foot touches back down
