“He was in the right positions to see the blows, especially the low blow in the 11th, that possibly cost Joseph Agbeka the bout. What compounded his lack of making the right call, was his post fight denial, after viewing the re-play, of his decision? That shows us, that he is either corrupt and refused to be fair in his ‘third man’ assignment. Or, he is incompetent while under pressure to do the right job. I witnessed, in disbelief, an official refusing to call the obvious fouls being committed by Mares over and over again."

you know a ref was **** when all the media call him out, usually boxing refs get an easier time then other refs due to the hard nature of the job (you mess up in football some people get pissed, you mess up in boxing someone gets hurts or dies) and the fact so many refs top themselves

A lot of the shots were on the belt but some were definetly directly to the cawk n baws like the second blow that resulted in a count.

Shots on the centre of the belt should not be classed as low blows.

I'm tired of all this low blow BS.

People should watch more MMA were nothing but a blow directly to the cawk n baws is a low blow.

And i'm tired of the giant protectors they use in boxing that protect half the ****ing midsection, and even when hit on these fighters still complain.

Judah trainned MMA and said he hated knees and no doubt the cup protectors that protect nothing but the crown jewels.

Yeah, Mares is officially the dirtiest active fighter.

Mora is officially the dumbest active ref.

It's sad when me and my brother sit down before a fight and accurately predict two judges automatically to Mares no matter what and a ref that will do anything in his power to aid Mares. And then we turn out to be right. Pathetic.

    :p

Mares definetly landed legit low blows but there was plenty of legit body work too.

There's a lot of legit work to the body and fake low blow calling in boxing because of these giant padded nappies that most boxers use.

Time to force boxers to go MMA style and back to the time where a low blow was considered a shot clearly and directly to the pecker n bollox, like the one that causedthe ref to give Agbeko a count. :p

I was watching UFC last night and one of the fighters got hit next to the side of his cup/bits. Now in boxing that **** is a low blow but in MMA Joe Rogan called it right, and it wasn't a low blow.

And don't get me started on fighters like De La Hoya who seemed to get away with using custom made protectors that went right up to his ****ing nipples.

He desrved that KO against Hopkins for padding half of his torso for so long. :patsch

Imagine if Agbeko didn't get up from that low blow in the 11th. A KO victory for Mares.
