I think Bugner would lose to both, unsure how Haye/Bruno goes. Frank could outwork him but Haye could pot shot and win boring ud or a ko if he lands hard and clean.

Neither Bruno or Haye beat the second best heavyweight in the world at any one time. Henry did. Bruno staggered the best heavyweight in the world at that time, and Cooper almost knocked the greatest heavy weight of all time out. Haye edged a joke "d list" belt holder who would not have been undisputed in any era.

Looking at them each look like very good fighters in their own way. Its closer when you watch each fight but there are gulfs between them when deciding how proven each were within their own times.

Safe money would go on Frank. He would be the favourite. Punchers chance money would go on Haye but old man Cooper ( if he was included in this thread) could be money in the bank. It would not be my house, but thats who i would bet on.

Bugner I would never bet on on in a big fight. You just cant. As good as Joe was and as capable as he was, in a big fight Bugner just wanted paid. The others would put their lives down and go for it.
