    Today, Bergeron almost failed.

We all know that he intended to throw the fight ahead of time, and he was doing his absolute best to do so. Obviously, this was to increase interest in a potential rematch.

But it almost didn't work. It was clear that Bergeron did his best to fail, but he was so good that he was impossibly far ahead (118-111). Fortunately, the judges accidentally reversed the scorecards.

What's the world coming to when Bergeron is so good that he can't even lose when he wants to? Before, I thought that other fighters MIGHT be able to make it interesting for a couple rounds. Now, it's clear that they won't have a chance if Bergeron intends to win. The word "massacre" comes to mind.

I am keeping my avatar for the rest of the week to mark this momentous occasion. In any event, three cheers for....

In some ways, the aura of invincibility is still there since he almost failed trying to throw the fight.

Like I said earlier, he will be back and better than ever. I don't even want to think about what will happen to his next opponent, whether it be Klitschko, Chagaev, Peter, Tua, or McCall.

Look at how Bergeron manages to tower over Valuev despite Valuev's height advantage.

Bergeron could be the new "white Tyson".

And he's got the face and physique that almost overwhelms people. Wlad looks like a fat midget compared to Bergeron.

He floats like a butterfly and stings like a bee. Bergeron p4p king!

Damn that fight was killing me.

I'll always remember the day when Bergeron almost did not not fail to fail.

Indeed. That almost wouldn't have not not been unsurprising.
