just a way out really he made it too complicated though he could have just played basketball with pac. that would have been enough excuse not to fight him
you forgot the "to duck pac" option. because if pac had quickly agreed on the test floyd would have found another test until pac eventually balks.
He probably suspects him of cheating. Like it or not, just about every professional athlete in the world is suspect, and the rest have already been caught.

Fact-Roach and Arum both said as they started talks WE HAVE NO PROBLEM DOING ANY KIND OF TESTING THEY WANT TO DO... So what all the people that are saying he did it to duck pac are saying is that floyd was so smart that he wadded though the BS and knew all along that Pac would walk away over a blood test even though his camp was saying they had no problem with testing:huhatsch
Because he doesn't want to get annihilated ala Cotto, but cannot simply decline to fight Manny. This is a perfect way out.
