I just cant take you seriously. schooled? do you know what that means ?
My view, mayweather would be the favorite but you cant dismiss someone as talented as Pacquaio.
I just want them to hurry the **** up or ****in retire so all the clowns can stop saying gay things like " ******* " and move onto some other **** they know **** all about.

A 38 year old JMM schooled him in the sense that he didn't allow Pac to fight his fight he dictated the tempo couldn't miss with his right hand and fought his fight while making Pac look average in the process. PBF would do this and more to Pac hence why I said school him worse.

I've never seen it. I've never seen the Clottey fight because I heard it was a stinker but I never noticed him getting discouraged in those other fights except maybe the most recent JMM fight. Maybe I'm missing something and I'll happily admit if I'm wrong. Show me an example of what you mean because I don't notice it.

He was frustrated in the later rounds of the Cotto fight because Cotto was moving and not standing in front of him anymore. Pac begged Cotto to stand his ground and trade while Cotto moved and boxed. Pac followed Cotto around the ring not cutting it off.

Mosley fight. Mosley was simply circling and moving and Pac once again had no idea as to how to get to Mosley and Mosley was ready to be had that night. He was frustrated and looked lost. If Mosley could have still pulled the trigger he would have given Pac hell because his gameplan was sound he just didn't have it anymore. Pac going into the fight expected Mosley to stand and trade with him all night but when he didn't Pac was surprised and was visibly frustrated once again not cutting the ring off.

In conclusion movement bothers and frustrates Pac because he's not good at cutting the ring off and has a low ring IQ.

Fair enough, I'll admit when I'm wrong. I'm still relatively new to boxing(about a year and half) but I feel I know a lot of how long I've been watching although maybe sometimes I think I know more than I do

I always thought Pac had a fairly good fight IQ. Not a pure boxer by any means and no Floyd Mayweather in terms of fight IQ but smart enough. He's very good at creating angles and such, does this not come under ring IQ? or is ring IQ only cutting of the ring?

    :good

More to do with god given athletic ability than a high ring IQ IMO.
Ring IQ has more to it than just cutting off the ring. It's also anticipation and predicting what your opponent wants to do and making sure he doesn't do it and more. Having a high ring IQ is one of the most underrated attributes in the sport. If Paul Williams, for instance had a high ring IQ he would be much better and probably still undefeated today.

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoy them.

I'd say the foot-speed enables him to do it, but the timing and the knowledge of where to go and what punches to throw and which to look out for while doing so. He can counter-punch pretty well in his own right, and has good timing with his shots, and sometimes baits counters to then counter them in return. So Pac's Ring IQ is there, and it compliments his style well; he's simply frustrated by fighters that move backwards and circle with their lead foot on the outside consistently. His natural instincts to fight and fight hard trump his patience, and so he can get frustrated.

Do people really think Manny has slipped much since '09?

he keeps getting leg pain every other day. Bernard Hopkins taught us that the first thing to go when a fighter is getting old are the legs.

isnt the main reason everyone wants to see this fight is because it would be competitive?!

Pacman being the only guy to truly hold a threat to Mayweather?

The best current offensive fighter vs the best current defensive fighter.

Saying that I still think Floyd nicks it, but would love Pac to prove me wrong like the many times he has!

With that said, this is Boxing and ANYTHING can happen.
