Nice work, as always. And indeed a Loma/Rigo is a wet dream for a hardcore fan. I don't think I've witnessed a fight with that high skill level in the 12-13 years I've been following the sport.

    Excellent work as always.

Think the boat has sailed for Rigo/Loma though, sadly.

Pacquiao-Mayweather and Pacquiao-Marquez III and IV were insanely high skill leveled fights.

Excellent analysis! Yeah I agree, Rigo fight is long forgotten at this stage.
Rigo is too busy being dropped by journeymen, anyway.

None were at their peaks, and Pac and JMM great fighters but not nearly as fundamentally sound as Loma or Rigo.

JMM is one of the most fundamentally sound boxers the game has ever seen. Top ten. Pac is not fundamentally sound, but his DETERMINATION, HEART, TALENT and EXTREME ATHLETICISM propelled him into the boxing stratosphere. Agree about Rigo, though.

Rigo is a short guy that's usually outweighed. Still though, Rigo might get knocked down, but look at Amagasa's face at the end. I don't think Rigo can handle Loma though.

Dude, I'm very well aware Pac and JMM are great fighters, I'm not denigrating them. I'm just saying Loma and Rigo are just better pure boxers. And Marquez was a counter puncher, not exactly a pure boxer.

I disagree. I think that JMM qualifies as a pure boxer. People call Floyd a pure boxer and he's even much more negative than JMM in that he's nowhere as offensive as JMM.
