    I got these clips on a memory stick off a bloke down my local, thought they were definately worth putting up to YouTube. They are a mixed lot the first clip (great fight) and the second clip (pretty funny)...the fourth is a good KO as well!:good

    Anyone who thinks a modern fighter is worse than these black and white cans is a moron, this **** is really interesting but at the same time truly laughable.

    Not impressed with Lynch in the clip? Boon-Danahar? Is Gains-Scott any worse than a lot of Commonwealth title fights?

    I'd match Boon or Danahar against any Lightweight/Welterweight that this country has ever produced so long as they weigh-in 2 hours before the fight, wear 6oz gloves and over 15 rounds..... if you can't see that then you're the moron.

    The pettifer one was :-(

    The sport has evolved way beyond their wild haymaker left hooks and overhand rights. Someone like Khan or burns would embarrass them with a jab and footwork.

    Im sure for their time theyre decent but if you put them in a ring today its "goodnight" in one or two rounds.

    The Lynch fight is prob the best video ive seen of him ,not much quality out there !good find! Curiously,did he have these on video ?

    Yep, I think so Alba. He's an old guy who comes from a boxing family. I think the clips were originally on film, belonged to his Dad who put them on video tape and he's put them on a memory card.

    I'll see him today, see if he's got any more.
