A team competition for pro boxers. Is it possible?

I was thinking of a team competition in boxing - akin to Ryder Cup in golf. Is such an idea feasible? Of course, it would have too many parties involved - the fighters, their managers, promoters and maybe even a sanctioning body. There would be two teams. A format would be such as given below:

One fight at a lower weight class (minimumweight to lightweight)
One fight at a middle weight class (jr. welterweight to super middleweight)
One fight at a heavier weight class (light heavyweight or cruiserweight)

One super fight at heavyweight.

Winning a fight in the first three categories would earn two points. The super fight would be worth five. The team with more points would be declared winner. The whole event will be sold as a PPV/streaming event.

The two teams could be United States and Europe. Or US vs. UK or even US vs. Russia.

Will it work? Is it a good idea?

 

Indeed, but that was amateur boxing with many teams. I am looking for a Ryder cup equivalent which is a one-day event between two teams.
