Because they WANT the fight and it is a REASONABLE request. If Pac was honest he would just say "No. I won't do any tests." and this would all be OVER. Pac won't test. Mayweather won't fight without the test. Fans can move on. People are lame protecting a guy for NOT wanting to drug test. WTF is that?

He does. He has fought all types. From Mexican relentless brawlers, fast slick boxers, fast boxer punchers, and to fast punchers. He always prevailed. Martinez' only issue is his size. Without that he would get his socks boxed off. His hands are low, defense is blah, and gases. If you think Pac has good defense then YDKSAB.

Mosley was "prime enough". He was a WW title holder and just KTFO the guy Pac is about to face. Now can someone PLEASE tell me why Pac didn't mak a fight with Mosley? I will tell you... DRUG TESTING! :deal

How the **** did a thread about what Floyd's weaknesses are turn into some abstract bull**** on the principles of testing?

Floyd whoops Martinez easier than he would pac. Martinez has **** poor balance and fights with his hands down. Southpaws are already open to the straight right and having hands down just helps even moar. Floyd's timing would make Martinez look stupid with his awkward balance. Look for Floyd to cause a knockdown or two. Martinez best punch is the right hook which can easily be shoulder rolled off, and he doesn't really have the main southpaw punch against an orthodox fighter, the left hand. emmanuel actually has good stamina, but the same can't be said of Martinez. He's old, and Floyd making him miss will cause fatigue even faster.

They're both counter-punchers, but Floyd is just the better one. Only thing Martinez has is a size advantage.

emmanuel dapidran would be a bigger challenge for Floyd than Martinez.

"When" is a word that is used for a "definitive" outcome. In this sport nothing is a given. And Floyd just ain't that much better than Manny if at all.....overall. Floyd could blow manny out just like PAC could blow Floyd out....But lets be honest. That's not likely at all. This fight is between two very talented and well rounded fighters. They both are extreme opposites in all areas but their styles match up great together. BOTH are gonna have difficulties with each others styles.

And you're right....usually the excuses do come up after fighters lose. And in Manny and Floyd's case teh excuses are for WHY THEY WIN! If either one wins difinitively they get MAJOR props....If BOTH fighters end up going to war in a classic....THEY GET MAJOR PROPS... Win, lose or draw who ever wins gets a huge payday and their biggest legacy building fight or their careers.

PAC is smaller than may but that can't be a legit excuse b/c manny has beaten MANY FIGHTERS bigger than he is. That's his "MO". So just b/c Floyd is bigger doesn't mean **** b/c at the end of the day the better fighter or boxer is gonna be victorious.

Manny's "MO" has been for ever his VOLUME and STAMINA. LOOOOOONG before teh "a side of meff" was created. Manny's work rate as he's moved up has been consistant for the most part but acutally on a slight decline....which is understandable given his move up in weight.

Manny shouldn't have to take any tests based on rumors, lies, accusations ect. that came from Floyd and his team. Just by manny entertaining his "demands" that stemmed from his allegations says A LOT to me about manny wanting to fight Floyd.

Had that been Manny goin at Floyd before they were suppose to start negotiating a fight, with accusations that questioned Floyd's entire career and character...then DEMAND Floyd take tests that Manny decided on just to clear his name....Floyd would have told Manny to go **** himself and the fight wouldn't even be on the table.
