Firstly I hardly ever post on here anymore but I still read and take alot of the info on board. So why the thanks? :think Well partly due to the stuff I have read on here I have lost a stone in the last six months.:yep I was not in bad shape but wanted to improve my fitness and health and with the continued encouragment, training and diet ideas plus the motivational **** I have read I am now in the best physical shape of my life and at 26 this is quite an achievment so thanks to all the good posters on here. :good Right now I am 11stone exact and considering I am only 5'9 and have been 12 stone for as long as I can remember I feel I am in a good place to be and very much looking forward to the next 6 months of training and seeing just what other improvements I can make.. Oh yeah...erm...no homo. :bart
You must be a skinny freak then... :good:tong:bart I carry a decent amount of muscle and never intended to lose this weight but by training like a twat and eating very well the loss just happened and I have kept the muscle it seems. Tried to do a good mixture of cardio and strength training. I am no boxer either so would not intend on getting to a legit fighting limit.
