If he has anything left he might out box him. But im almost giving Angulo a 50% chance to knockout Cotto. Would be an intresting fight, If Cotto beats Foreman i would like to see this one.

I would think that Angulo would KO him as Cotto could not run all 12 rounds at the higher weight.

Cotto gets walked down and stopped. He doesn't have the size, range, punch output, or power of Kermit Cintron and Angulo hits harder than Margo imo. Cotto at 154 is a bad idea.

Very entertaining fight if it ever goes down. I'll side with Cotto for now but gotta see how much he has left in his next fight.

...One of the best fights that can be made, IMO.

Cotto wins a one-sided fight maybe even TKOing Angulo.

Angulo is a much poorer version of Margarito. If Cintron was able to keep Angulo at bay with his jab alone, then Cotto dances easy to a decision if he wants to.

Cotto should stay from hard-hitting pressure fighters for the rest of his career.

Angulo still has not proven he can compete at Cotto's level. Right now, Cotto wins a decision.

That's sadly a bigger IF than people would like to admit in some circles. Foreman's lack of power will be his downfall but Cotto's not gonna dominate this guy.

The pressure fighters at light middle are horrible matchups for cotto. he didn't have an easy time with n'dou at 140 or any of the bigger guys at 147. On sheer physical strength, durability (when it comes to taking cotto's shots), power, and size, Angulo and to an even greater extent, Kirkland, wouldn't just wear him down imo, they'd flat out beat him to the canvas.

remember, cotto is a shade over 5'7" at best. His optimal fighting weight given his structure is 147 and he looked like juan diaz at 159 against urkal in 2007. Some of these guys come into the ring as super middleweights.

Agreed...in that regard, I think Foreman was a good choice by his camp. I still think Cotto's shot and should retire before his legacy takes any more damage. He will not have the kind of success at JMW that his fans have come to expect( the reason of course that he's leaving WW). The fights will only get tougher as his body shots will be become more difficult to land, his power...while still prodigious...won't be as awe inducing as it was at 140. Retire man!
