A Thought On JMM-pac III

Why isn't this fight the one being hosted on September 17th? Marquez is the LAST "Great Mexican Hope" against manny. manny supposedly the Mexicutioner. Did they get the dates mixed up with Mayweather?

September 16 is Mexican Independence Day. I think it's more fitting that a Marquez fight be hosted on that day. Marquez is more of a "Mexican Champ" than Ortiz will ever be.

JMM's fight is more significant to Mexican boxing than Ortiz fight imo. They should have hosted Juan's fight on the Mexican holiday.
