    Yes, and then Ruiz lost his title to Jones... got it back after Jones dropped it... got beat by Toney... got it back after Toney dropped it... and had a couple contraversial decisions after some awful fights, as the world recognized him as possibly the worst champ in history. Quite a bit different. Ruiz didn't even beat anybody good to earn that #1 status... where Byrd dominated David Tua to earn his... you know that guy who knocked Ruiz out in 19 seconds?:yep

    chris byrd didn't beat david tua for the title he beat anicent holyfield for the vacant title.

    Can you read?

    I said that Byrd beat David Tua to earn his #1 status to Lewis' title. Ruiz didn't beat ANYONE to get that ranking. Try reading next time, makes it more simple.

    I look at it like this. Wlad is the best fighter in the divisino right now. If the other guys want to pussyfoot around and not fight anybody so be it but they have no right to call themselves champions if that's the route they want to take.

    Brewster killed Wlad in the first fight, he had him rocked and falling all over the place with a jab in the 3rd round, it was 12 round fight, Wlad did well for 5 rounds, and fell apart, thats a true champ let me tell you.
