You clearly don't understand the legal system at all. Floyd doesn't have to prove Pac took PED's. Defamation lawsuits are extremely hard to win, and generally require that the claims actually be proven false in order for a defamation suit to be won. So in most cases pac will have to prove that he in fact is clean in order to win, thats a pretty steep mountain to climb. It's a waste of ****ing money, take the taste, make millions, **** floyd pls.

Hold on hold on hold on right there. You got it all wrong kid. This defamation suit is just a walk in the park. All pac's lawyers have to do is to present in court the results of all Pac's prior drug tests, and that's it...you prove the falsity of the respondents' defamatory statements: Pac has never tested positive of any banned substance . Then pac's lawyers present evidence of damage or harm to pac's reputation as a result of these ped accusations. That's a piece of cake. Published write ups, blogs, forums, questioning pac's success in boxing can supply more than enough proof of harm to pac's reputation. Next, you shift the burden to mayweathers, GBP, ODh, for them to prove the truthfulness of their accusations. They won't be able to prove no matter what. I don't think they have nothing to support their PED accusations. It's gonna be total KO. Finally, pac's lawyers to prove that respondents had the intent to do harm or committed reckless disregard for the truth. This one is too easy. 1) Mayweather Sr.'s animosity with Roach; 2) Mayweather Sr.'s embarrassment resulting from Hatton's loss to Pacquiao trained; 3) GBP's rift with TR...4) Floyd's violent jealousy in Pac's being the No.1 P4P...and so on and so forth.. This is a slam dunk case and Pac would surely earn Millions just from penaltly judgment against respondents

Exactly, I'm sure there wasn't any thread or discussion of pac taking PEDS before mayweather opened his foul mouth in public accusing pac of roiding. Too bad GBP and ODH suck mayweathers dick on this one. Stupid fools. If i were PAC counsellor, I would definitely mark this site as EXHIBIT "Alpha".:hey

I wouldn't blame them though as they were just made to drink the mayweather kool aid. It's an open and shut case. Any lawyer worth his salt knows that a huge amount of money will come off in this case. we're talking about millions of dollars in damages and penalty.:hammertime

Mayweathers Clan logic.... If a fighter has a potential to take away Floyd's ZERO... They must be on steroids.

So, using this logic, was pac on 'something' in the first Barrera fight? Pac looked like he could have fought 20 rounds that night.

He is innocent until proven otherwise, IMO. However, his contradictory behavior on the matter has caused me to raise an eyebrow. Floyd SR.'s claims are not the sole influence for people's suspicions. SR. was not the only one making the claim.

I wouldnt say I thought he was on something, but it had crossed my mind just because what he was doing was so unusual. After Mayweather Sr said it though and other people started coming out with their suspicions, and then added to the fact he didnt seem to want to take the tests Floyd was asking for at first, definitely made me start to think there might be something not right there. But the fact he seems to have agreed to the tests for the Mayweather fight, and the more I've really thought about it and read about it, I dont believe he's on anything illegal, but I did go through a phase when I thought he might be.

If you are the champion (p4p) and the challenger keeps on demanding, will you agree???? I think if tyson was accused of PEDS he would have killed that opponent even before the fight... You're a champion nobody has the right to demand things that are not on the standards^_^

Yes the thought had crossed my mind, and it still does, by no means am I saying he's guilty but it's certainly possible, and any athlete who is not regularly testing should be considered suspect. There is EVERY reason to suspect ANY athlete who isn't testing to include Manny. Athletes spend their lives looking for an edge, chasing immortality, seeking greatness, to think they would sacrafice the better part of their lives training and practicing but wouldn't use PED's especially if not being tested, regularly, and appropriately is nieve.
