    my favourite lines
" Defence is not just about blocking punches. There are various ways to defend yourself in the ring"

every time khan gets dropped, he talks about not having his guard up and would never make that mistake again.
what haye said is perfect, if he is gonna work on defense then work on every defensive move there is. cos you will never be able to keep your hands up all the time, cos sooner or later you will get caught.

also khan has been saying he is working on his defense for a year since the limond fight. hasnt he learned to keep his hands up in the space of one year? ofcourse he has, its just that keeping your hands up isnt the only defensive move out there (unless ur winky wright). and if thats all he is gonna rely on, then he will get caught every now and then. and for khan that just means, getting ko'd every now and then. he needs to watch fighters like James Toney or PBF.

"Amir Khan will never be able to trade on his toughness because his chin's not that good. I've had to realise that same thing. I'm not tough enough to do that. He's not tough enough. He's a good boxer with great speed, timing, reflexes..."

very honest stuff from the hayemaker.

    :good
