    Notice the gif. When Cortez half assed motions for resuming of the action, Mayweather himself is walking toward Ortiz with his hands to his waist. That tells me that he either was'nt sure himself that Cortez had resumed the action, or he deliberately is making a succesful effort to con Ortiz into the sucker punch he eventually landed.

    I blame Joe Cortez 100% for his ineptness, but Mayweather without a doubt conducted himself in an unsportmanlike manner.
