I don't give a damn if Manny is gonna throttle Barrera into little pieces but HBO, Golden Boy and Top Rank should all be held responsible for tragedies specially when there's no title at stake... Not even pride is an issue, Barrera has children and a steel plate in his head after a brain operation!
