Abraham always looks like a turtled up fool, but he can end it with one punch in the 12.

He had a damn good chance to do that again if not for this odd DQ.

I did not gain much respect for Dirrel here. He was on a bike.

As one of AA's biggest fans, I've to compliment Dirrell on his stellar performance. He was the better man tonight.

One thing I found a little disturbing were the "USA, USA" calls. Is this normal? For me the whole scenario looked a bit like "Rocky IV". I'm from Germany and we're also proud of our country, but that was strange. Perhaps it's only strange to me, because of our history, but all in all I always root for the fighter I like and not for a nation. It doesn't matter where he/she comes from.

It happens quite a bit. They had some "USA, USA" chants during Ward-Kessler, though I heard more "S.O.G" chants than that.

When it's fighters from Latin-American countries, you get a lot more of it.

yea its normal. National pride in countries that didn't try to conquer the world twice in the last century along with several atrocities is alot more tolerated.

I'm not trying to be mean-spirited here but that's how I see it. I was in Germany for the world cup in 2006 and although it did make the flag come out alot, people seemed very uneasy about showing their german pride and it definately looked like they hadn't waived it in a long time.

Man just imagine if they didn't rushed Dirrell like this, if he had more experience he would be unstoppable.

Yup. He's realitvely inexperienced and gave Froch and aa fits. I was very impressed with the improvements he brought to this fight compared to the Froch fight, in which he was all over the place. He's still getting better in each fight, and he showed initiative, kept his composure, and everytime he got hit, he made it worse for aa. abraham tried to damage him but hopefully Dirrell comes back healthy and strong after this. He has a great chance to win this tournament.

He's lucky him and his team didn't get ****ed up, after the **** he pulled. People in that arena showed great restraint and civility, unlike abraham. He definitely gets no love from me, especially after that post fight interview.

What is it with Dirrells fights that makes froch and AA get frustrated and resort to dirty tactics. Its like both of those guys have never fought slick boxers before. Anyway congrats to dirrell for schooling AA tonight, I thought u deserved the victory against froch, you should be up 4 points in this tournament by now. I still think ward is gonna take it all though.

Why these AA dickriders don't say anything about the times when AA hold Dirrell and started punching him to the body? AA was schooled.

Abraham just needed to be a bit patient. Taylor KO was on Dirrel's mind. He started to panic and fallen from very light punches. Two rounds with 2-3 kd in each and it could have been draw or very narrow decision.
