This does not mean Saurland can demand a drug test on an opponent at their time and choosing does it? Are you saying he can demand a blood test seconds after the DQ to get AD DQ'd also? Please. Random testing is done by an independent agency. It isn't up to Saurland to demand one at any given time to suit his purposes.
