i like winky, he's a st. pete boy. and i have nothing against aa. but given the styles of both fighters and the fact that they both wait behind a very good defense before making a move...how many punches a round do actually think would be thrown if the two fought??
AA has a sloppy version of Winky's turtle-shell defense. I don't know how much Winky has left in the tank, but he clearly beats Abraham in his prime. Winky would land the more accurate, straighter shots. He'd be more active and outwork Abraham, who fights in spurts.
Styles make fights, and this is not a particularly atrractive match-up. If Winky can still operate at the same level he was at when he held JT to a draw, he'd take a pretty covincing UD over Abraham. Work rate, accuracy, and ring generalship would carry the day. we'll no a lot more after Winky/Williams.
