IF and only IF theres more money surely he should give the original opponent the money he wants that actually looked a very good fight in the making:huh
well i was surprised to mate but got an evening news tonight and this is what it says- Edinburgh's newest pro boxing promoter, Alex Arthur, has been handed a boost ahead of his first major boxing show on August 27. The event, which will feature six Capital fighters - including Arthur himself - taking on opponents at Meadowbank, will see revenue boosted by television coverage on Sky. http://edinburghnews.scotsman.com/sport/Switchedon-Arthur-ready-for-Capital.6813465.jp
your right billy,it is just something for ringside .this was confirmed to me earlier by the person whos putting the show (you know who i mean)
Still not bad for his first show getting sky to record it for ringside its still tv coverage good luck to for trying to bring back boxing to edinburgh
You and Alex would be a good one Frankie @ LWW what do you think,ex british, commonwealth, and euro champion good name?
sorry billy i was under the impression sky were showing it,few good nights coming up for edinburgh, alex show and edinburgh vs london in the gardens
Thats the way it was implied in the paper report wasnt it,Certainly mate good times ahead for fighters in Edinburgh,Paul Appleby's fighting Liam Walsh end sept,Craig Mc Ewan fighting in Las Vegas 17th Sept, AAA show i hope does well although Alex need to imo get an opponent to test him,if he beleives hes still got it to fight at the top he need meaningful opponents to get a ranking, the longer he keeps fighting journeymen the harder it will be when he fights a top level fighter imo,AAA was a class act and a devestating body puncher but i do beleive hes seen better days
