Not exactly the best champs out there, but good fighters and a great fight with both guys hurt numerous times, and a dramatic KO.

If not, then what was better?

Simon Brown-Maurice Blocker was a good fight, but not as good as Davis-Breland IMO.

saw this fight on a Saturday afternoon...great fight and the punch that did Breland in was magnificent...it was a real war but u could see Breland was a bit weary as the fight wore on...these guys were good welters and TV still showing the fights...today the same fight would be 50 bucks with a shitty undercard

That punch that KO'd Breland was one of the most brutal KOs I've ever seen. I almost thought it was going to snap that pencil neck of his in two. I'm surprised he could ever fight again after that.

That was a great fight and a tremendous finish, also i liked his fight with Pineda where Pineda turns away and Breland comes behind him and clumps him around the ear.

It was a good fight and grueling. I thought Breland had the fight until Aaron landed that last right hand. Breland just could not take any sort of punch.

Yeah, I'd say it's number one, although Trinidad-Campas might deserve a mention as well.
