Would have been a great fight-might go with Pryor-so busy fast and could punch and he threw from unorthdox angles.

I think if anybody could neutralize Pryor's buzzsaw attack, it'd be a prime Whitaker.

    Whitaker by clear UD.

Whitaker is all wrong for Pryor. Pernell by UD.

Pryor was careless in a lot of fights, Duran would've nailed him and Whitaker would frustrate the **** out of him. Whitaker wins a UD.

Whitaker in my opinion would win fairly easily.

Whitaker I think eventually figures him out, but this could go either way.

Pernell had trouble for about 5 rounds with the bum-rushing of Poli Diaz and Pryor is a lot better than him at that game.

Whitaker should come good in the second half of the fight, but I see him going down on the cards early, and it's questionable whether he claws enough rounds back at the end to take it.

Despite Pyror's ridiculous stamina and Pernell's tendency to clown down the stretches of fights, in this one I actually like Whitaker more over the 15 round limit.

I see Whitaker winning a clear unaminous decision... I really can't make a case for pryor... could this be because of my man crush on Whitaker... surely not..

Whitaker fairly easily. If Pryor were a bit bigger he'd have wiped the floor with him though.

But, that's one too many ifs of course and Whitaker would absolutely neutralize him IMO

Pryor gets him sooner or later.
