I'm purely stabbing at this, but I'm guessing Arthur probably bought him a phone and he's found out...

 

I assume you mean the first fight between Miranda/Abraham thats on tv right now, right? He was probably crying because his brother won a tough damn fight where his jaw was broken.. He witnessed his brother doing something amazing and bravely too

For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction, his brother displayed toughness, so he had to even it out with some wimpy crying.

Indeed.. I don't know if I'd be crying like he did if my brother was in a fight like that, but surely I'd be worried and amazed..
