What you need to know: he's either got the balls and the courage to face Abraham (many fighters don't, all come up with stupid excuses or simply price themselves out not to face AA) or his home lacks electricity to be able to see on tape what danger he put himself into.

Since Simon is Philly, I guess he's got the balls.

You speak the truth! I just recently re-watched Abraham/Miranda I, and AA lost that fight by TKO. When you fight Arthur in Germany, you need a KO followed by a 20 count in order to earn a split decision!

All these posters who keep screaming about a Pavlik/Abraham fight refuse to consider the fact that Sauerland knows EXACTLY what they need to do to make the fight Happen, and yet they have not done ****. Instead, they fight voluntary defenses against guys like Ayala and Simon.

Arthur could have fought Zuniga, but fight Ayala instead. Winky wanted a fight with Arthur, but Sauerland offered Wright about half of the amount he had already turned down for a Pavlik fight. Abraham and his team love to talk about fighting Pavlik, but that's an old story. Four other fighters have talked a stream of bull****, and ultimatley turned the fight down. Sauerland and Abraham are headed down the same road.

I couldn't fit him into my new avatar. My new one is more sight appropriate and I thought since Team Pavlik got it to me, might as well use it.

What about Sturm? Why leave him off this hook? Let the German imports unify and then make this fight. Neither of their 'champs' are born Germans are they?

Is that what I said??? did I miss something???

What im saying is when a fighter is fighting bums and claiming that no one will fight him it should fall on deaf ears.

When guys like AA really want fights they can force those fights. If AA starts beatting everyone of note then Pavlik would have no choice but to fight him. But to say that Pavlik is ducking him, while fighting bums isnt the way to go.

I dont think for a second that Pavlik is scared to fight AA nor is he ducking him.

When you'll be a grandaddy/mommy, you'll regret to change the then world famous squirrel to some undisputed mw champion of the world.

Was using "sight appropriate" really a Freudian slip on my part? I meant SITE appropriate, but I guess both work.

    Well, don't think so...he ain't no championship-proven material.

Though, Abraham KO'd Ayala who has beaten Mora (and got an undeserved draw)...

Nobody's seen Simon, unless you've seen him live. He's never been on a televised card.

What do Simon and Abraham have in common? Both have fought through broken jaws, and neither has been knocked down. Balls I think he's got. Doesn't seem like he's skilled though, and I don't think he's a monstrous enough puncher to be able to hurt Abraham. His best shot at winning is outworking the hell out of Abraham, and even then he probably won't win because Abraham is an excellent counterpuncher and German judges tend to favor effectiveness over workrate.

Maybe. It's unlikely he wins, but if he puts in a good showing, he might be able to get other fights.

I can see this fight looking a lot like Henry-Mack.
