don't they do club tours :think, only really have a flick through AM section of BN, but looks like they take a few lads to other club and box off. might be wrong:think
I'm wondering that i know clubs do there own shows etc, just shocked that these two have had it so easy to final. Fair play to them but they've looked really tired from early as if it's there first fight in a while..
I can understand people giving him the win vs chavez, it was very close at least, and you're right that he did look considerably better there than he did vs Spada. Spada I thought took that fight by a couple of rounds, but then again he's a very different fighter to Sturm. Constant pressure and brute strength saw him dominate I thought as, like you say, Zbik just looked stiff and unco-ordinated in there. I'd discount that normally when considering him vs Sturm because of the difference in styles but then I thought he looked even worse in his next fight vs Heiland. I've got to say I quite like Spada but Heiland's nowhere near world level IMO and I still thought he still warranted a draw in that. So even with him looking better vs. Chavez, I just don't see Zbik ever really belonging at world level or being consistent enough to challenge the best fighters in the division. Maybe this opportunity has come at the right time for him, with Sturm aging and not being stylistically someone who would cause nightmares for him. But I don't know, I just think if anything near the best version of Sturm turns up tonight, he should be able to dominate in this one. Should be an intriguing fight :good
I know, it's madness but as the lad said he can't do anything but fight and he got it an deserved it. Neither impressed me that much, quite scrappy and lack of quality in there work for most part.
Can't believe I called Spada 'Spadafora' . Poor form. You've evidently seen more of Zbik than I have, only seen the second Spada(fora) and Chavez fights, where I did observe a notable difference in style and quality for Zbik, but maybe I've not got the full picture in fron of me. Like you say, should be an intriguing fight and I'll be interested to see how it unfolds :good
