One thing is for certain with me. I'm being consistent. I've always despised that vomitous cretin.:deal:

To be fair, I do recall others on here saying the same about GGG being more technical pre-Sanchez. It's not that I think or have ever considered Sanchez a bad trainer but the only time I recall ever being truly impressed by something he's done was when Gassiev fought Dorticos.

i want to be fair also, i dont believe any of the experts that have posted on this thread, ever said anything like that 5 years ago. i wish they would put up proof like you did, and i would apologize for misjudging them. i believe they are a bunch of fanboys who are upset that abel said that crap about ggg, and now they want to throw a tantrum and pretend theyre about something they aint.
im not above apologizing when im wrong, but i dont think im wrong right now.

I think Sanchez taught him how to throw some unconventional combinations that were difficult to defend against, but I hated seeing GGG loading up on big overhand rights and lefts that you could see coming from a mile away especially against a very slick fighter like Clenelo.

It sure as hell worked for him for all of his career. The one time he tried to box he got beaten to a pulp.
