dlh offering 500k? what other numbers do you know? youve established that pac is more generous than ggg, thats why freddie gets 1 million, but what other numbers "are there"?

Pac is not only generous, he's also terrible with his money. How many years have you been here and how many discussion have people had about Pac being a bad businessman?

Here another number. Emanuel Steward, the legendary trainer got $300k for Holyfield/Bowe 2, in a fight where Holyfield was guaranteed $9 million before PPV.

    https://www.baltimoresun.com/news/bs-xpm-1994-04-21-1994111096-story.html

    Holyfield:
"Every man has a right to watch his own money. I've been fighting professionally for over 10 years. I don't think someone can come in and demand 10 percent for working one fight. I offered Emanuel a good number to work six or eight weeks, and it wasn't peanuts. He chose to move on. Fine."

Edit: My mistake. Steward didn't get $300k for the Bowe fight. That's how much Steward asked for the next fight and Holyfield said it was too much and let Steward go.

lou duva brought evander up, steward was a mercenary. im not sure if youre not understanding the links needed to make a connection, or you are deliberately trying to substitute with irrelevant examples.
what ive gathered, in your opinion, 1 million per fight is generous for a trainer to receive after a shared career, 300-500k for a one off. so logically, i would expect abel and ggg to fall somewhere in between. what would shed some light on those numbers, would be to compare the canelo numbers, as those would actually matter, because the situations are similar. going by the numbers you provide, and we split it down the middle, we get 650-750k per fight. do you know how much the current offer was for? would 300k be an insult?
it would be much easier to say, "i dont know what numbers they were discussing, nor do i know what a fair offer in this situation would be".

Can't answer the question? You always answer a question with another question? Its a free market, Abel doesn't like it he can go pound sand. Or he can go whine about it to the world like a *****. You a *****?

Your math is terrible. Just stop with your BS. Everyone is tired of it. Let me break it down for you one last time:

    - DLH offered Mayweather Sr. $500k in a fight where he earned $52 million.
    - DLH eventually ended up paying Roach between $200-$500k for the Mayweather fight.
    - Mayweather Sr. earned $250k per fight while training DLH, in fights where DLH made over $20 Million per fight.
    - Holyfield thought paying Steward $300K was too much in fights where he made over $15 million.

Forget Pacquaio. Pac is the exception because he's a dumb businessman. Look at those numbers. How the fvck does Abel deserve $650-750k when the numbers doesn't add up? Most top trainers earn between $200-300k per fight with top fighters based on all the numbers provided.

you would pee your pants you ever tried saying that face to face, tough guy. the whining about abel being all mad seems to have gotten past your fangirl glasses. reread the threads and take a look at where all the crying is coming from, projection boy.

Sanchez is the greedy one here tbh. Tell me where he will earn that money elsewhere. From a principle perspective, maybe he has a point in terms of the % but he was still offered good money. He is an egomaniac anyway, good riddance.

Sanchez seems greedy here. Trainers should not be earning millions per fight regardless how much the fighter earns. If he was taking home hundreds of thousands then I don't see the problem.
