With a low blow a la Ward. He was winning the fight yes but far from beating the **** out of Khan. Thats what a real Cold Eyed Assassin would do
It must have been a flat $2M How can that not be enough to train somebody? And it's not like you are training them year-round. Just around fight time.
The options are there, and they've been there. We've just seen some Arum-style (potential over-)marination before Errol gets the fights. Porter's a step in the right direction though, and I like that fight a lot more than the old Pac fight they were trying to line up for him. I hope they get Garcia next, if not Bud (I'm not counting on it) As a fan of GGG's for awhile, it seemed like he started going through the motions and getting a little jaded in the lead in to the Brook fight. It's just gone downhill with him getting more and more bitter with the Jacobs weight games for the IBF (where Danny just said to hell with it while GGG had to follow guidelines to avoid getting stripped) & the difficult Canelo negotiations, failed testing, and decisions. I think he's honestly at the point of saying F it and only focusing on the cash between the games and being unable to complete his goal of total unification. As a long time fan, I'm bummed to see it play out this way.
he's been all about the money since the Martinez fight he stepped aside over and over again for the money
Sanchez was there for Golovkin, even when he was making peanuts. It was Abel who was instrumental in selling GGG to the Chicano community who are one of the largest boxing markets in the U.S. No loyalty.
He did, and he's also free to speak what he deema true about Golovkin. We already knew Golovkin was driven my money more than legacy. We also knew Golovkin didn't care about his fans, and now we know Golovkin is greedy and has no loyalty. What kind of person are you if you have no loyalty. Its not like Sanchez did him wrong, he helped make GGG who he is.
