Charlo has one MW fight against a one legged opponent. and while he would be better than a lot of the defenses Golovkin has had it doesn't take priority over Canelo II or Saunders - simple as that. The usual pea brained suspects will and have pointed out the fact that Charlo is probably better than most of his defenses and attempting to twist that into their anti-Golovkin narrative. But context/relevancy are lost to these clowns. Golovkin isn't having those kind of fights right now so the point is pretty much completely moot.

He’s definitely a tremendous talent and has a ton of potential at middleweight but he should test himself against the guys you mentioned first before he attempts to tackle the best of the division. I think Jacobs and BSJ would be a bit too much for Charlo at this point. He’s young and has time to get to the champions running the division.
