I think he's a very good trainer, and he does deserve credit for his work with Kovalev. But I also think Kovalev has improved under JDJ from the old Sanchez version.

 

I think JDJ sharpened up his boxing skills and made him more of a complete fighter. Kovalev is a different fighter now, then he was with Able.

 

What the hell is happening to Abel? He is becoming a douchebag.

Abel's gym teaches that great Russian style.

 

He talks too much. Every fighter has his own style, developed since his early fighting days. Able merely added some of his flavor, by no means it's his style. It's Kovalev's style. It's his abilities that makes him a great fighter.

Exactly!Im a GGG fan but his trainer gets on my nerves,have you ever seen another trainer who hugs the limelight as much as this guy,I seriously think he thinks he's bigger than GGG?

 

According to Gennady and Sanchez GGGs brother Max Golovkin was by all accounts even better than his brother,scary thought eh?
