    Sanchez is one of the worst trainers in the sport. Even David Jackson is twice the trainer that fat lip Sanchez is with his fake Mexican style.

    Golovkin and Kovalev are really good friends.............

    I think Sanchez cold have helped Kovalev, but JDJ has even improved him even more...................

    Kovalev's current style is all John David Jackson, Kovalev,
    as much as people talk about him being a wrecking machine
    is quite the defensively conscious fighter. He never comes in range
    unless he's launching an attack and plays keep away quite a bit. He
    doesn't sit in that middle range zone waiting.

    sanchez will say anything to keep his name and gggs relevant....theyre coming off a year where they fought dom wade and a welterweight....so naturally when theres a big fight that's been called "the best that can be made in boxing" hes going to try to tag himself in it......attn. trainer of bumdog...notice how easily this big fight got made and how kovalev has the nuts to take on another top p4p guy? maybe you should talk less and urge your fighter to do the same...u know since the other day you were talking about how ggg beats anyone at 175 lol

    Barrera messed himself up by selecting Sanchez to be his trainer.
    With his style Barrera would have been better of with The Mayweather's, Hunter or even Roach over Sanchez.
    I expect it won't be long until we hear that Barrera has last the Sanchez camp and signed a new and better trainer.

    I despise Abel Sanchez he's a blowhard, loudmouth and self aggrandizing jackass, he's another wannabe celebrity trainer, Kovalev and Golovkin's success has zero to do with him and everything to do with them being excellent boxers with high ring IQ's.

    Andre Ward is the secret to Andre Ward's success, not Virgil, Sergio Martinez was the secret to Sergio Martinez's success, not Sarmiento, same goes for the Krusher and Golovkin. Abel is nothing but a hype machine, and one who is unpleasant and grating, and easy to dislike, he does GGG far more harm than he does good.

    agreed....ive long said "ggg trains himself"....

    im not just being a "i like ward more than ggg" guy here...but i think hunter provides something for ward....comfort and stability....keeps him sharp...but overall id agree that ward is ward
