Both are on the same date and Bob Arum's crying. What rematch do boxing fans prefer on the 3rd of December?

with 7.5 mil guaranteed total purse to Margo and Cotto, I think Arum will move it back a week.

I'd prefer to see a good war over a boxing match marred with 50,000 low blows

Cotto VS Margarito has more drama, more accomplished fighters, and more questions to be answered. Mares V Agbeko is a good and relevant fight between two top competitors, but it just isn't the same for me as revisiting that brief welterweight era.

Cotto v Margo is gonna be a war. Emotions are gonna be running high from both fighters and their fans. I can't wait to see this fight. And I'd choose this over Mares v Agbeko and it's not close.

Bump. Both first fights had controversies. Illegal handwraps, illegal shots below the belt. Two fun fights, though, even with the illegal stuff going on. Now, they are both rematches and on the same day. Bump.

It is a shame because both are shaping up as exceptional fights cards. Cotto v Marg is the more significant featuring two of the biggest names, huge fan bases, a genuine revenge scenario, Marg trying to clear his name, a return to the Garden and a capacity crowd!

The Showtime doubleheader is pretty sweet but Cotto v Marg is the sequel to a modern day classic!
