I voted Moreno but I'll be rooting hard for Mares. The thing is that Mares adapts very well and may show yet another face in this fight and surprise Moreno. Moreno seems like a special fighter but this is his big test. This fight being made together with Sexito-JCC JR shows that boxing is alive!

Well, who do you think has won more than 3-4 rounds against him in a single fight?

he lost to Rosendo sanchez on his 2nd fight
SD against Harutyuyan, SD against Vasquez, against Concepcion a judge had it 115-113,against Mathebula he def lost at least 4 rds.
Not invencible at all, but i reckon an excellent boxer.

I didn't claim he was invincible but regarding your points:

I didn't see the Sanchez and Harutyuyan fights so can't comment but he was a rookie then. Bernard Hopkins, Juan Manuel Marquez and others have lost in their first few fights and it didn't effect their legacies.

The judge that scores it for Vazquez was a joke. The 2 that scored it 117-110 was far more accurate as anyone doesn't watch all their boxing by just reading boxrec will tell you.

Same with Mathebula, he did win 4 rounds he won 2, 3 tops.

still some judge saw Cordoba beating Rigondeaux when everyone knows that he barely won a couple of rds.
it works the same either way

Although I agree Rigondeaux won that was a much closer fighter than either of the fights Donaire has had against Mathebula or Vazquez Jr. And I believe they are both better than Cordoba.

i had Nonito winning like 7-8 rds against Vasquez, but he got tagged all night with that jab.But i reckon wasnt a close fight.
Same with Mathebula who absolutly lacks any power and landed way more than Nonito but also give it to Donaire because was more effective.
but i strongly believe Codoba is better than both of them,Mathebula was a shame of fundamentals-zero footwork/head moves.I remember ppl laughing at RBR. Vasquez Jr started too late the sport and his best fight has been his KO loss to shot Arce.

Controversial decision, but I think Moreno will be the one who deserves it.

I must admit I'm surprised by the amount of people going for Moreno. :think
