As for your other fighters listed, some ended up in a bad way which I have no problem with; others may end up in a bad way in the future, and I'd have no problem with that either. Hitting your wife is bad, no defence; but raping a child is worse.

I actually enjoyed that Mares vs Morel fight a lot more than I thought I might. I scored it a shutout for Mares, but Morel was always in the fight, and had several good moments. I would be interested in seeing him at 118 if he does go back there, could be some interesting fights for him there. Mares looked strong, but his defense wasn't great, and I didn't think he showed much more speed or quickness than the 36-year-old Morel did. Not really sure if Mares would have any functional difference between tonight's 120 pounds and 122 pounds, but I think Nishioka, Rigondeaux, and Donaire should all be favored against him.
