Nice demonstration of raw power.

Love Tony's wink to the camera after turning on his heel and doing the cinematic walk (think exploding building in the background) after scoring a knockdown he knew the victim wouldn't rise from. :good

 

Damn it...tuned into the replay just a bit too late to catch them. (just before the main event ring walks)

I really want to see them once more to verify. I mean, I copied them just as they were printed in the graphic onscreen...but - seriously, those can't be right. Power punches...that close? Really? :huh


FFS, I was cheering for De La Mora, and he didn't land anywhere near that high a percentage of power shots...not even to the body...

Rewatching the Mares interview with Jim Grey.

He was pretty critical of himself. Dogging himself for getting away from his jab, and letting the fight become more complicated than it needed to be. "I made a lot of mistakes, and need to improve..."

Good mentality, considering that he wore the weight well and looked strong and capable.
