You crazy Floyd nuthuggers claiming that Cotto is an easy fight for Floyd are BAD for boxing. Floyd might totally disect Cotto and destroy him. I certainly wouldnt bet AGAINST Floyd but that doesn't mean I don't want to see it. You guys are acting like there is no reason for Floyd to fight Cotto because it is a foregone conclusion. Cotto versus Floyd is good for boxing, it's good for Floyd's legacy, and it's the best matchup at welterweight possible. Stop pissing all over Cotto and recognize that two undefeated fighters as good as they are fighting each other is good for the sport.
I want Floyd to fight Cotto. Nobody else Id rather see him fight. Before the Fatton fight I had it being really close if they fought. After the Fatton fight, I just dont see Cotto winning. He would try to pressure floyd but he's just not as fast as Hatton, nor is his defense all that great.
everytime i think mayweather might lose a upcoming fight he suprises me , he figured ricky out & timed him everytime ricky came in, even in cotto can get in behind the jab floyd is hard to hit flush and how will cotto handle floyds counter punches ?, if the fight does happen i see floyd winning a ud
as much as i hate to say it floyd is great at taking fighters out of their rhythm , if cotto does fight floyd and is getting beat to the punch will he vacate his jab and just go for the ko ? . most fighters do look good vs floyd for the first few rds because floyd uses those rds to figure them out then he starts dissect them, cotto could make it a fight if he can get in , but floyd has great speed and can counter punch
i dont think floyd has the power to knock cotto out but you never know. Floyd and cotto are so tricky those two are great fighters. But this is the classic boxer against big puncher. Pretty boy aginst the gorilla!!! This is the apollo creed against balboa!!! This will be a GREAT FIGHT!!!!!!!...............(sorry i got tooooooo excited..)
