Pac threw over 400 more punches for Clottey, who is bigger than Rios so yea, he was too careful, and past it too. Saw Pac- Cotto yesterday to see if he really has declined, and after watching the fight it's so obvious he has. Watching them back to back makes it clear as day. He hasn't just declined physically, but his confidence isn't there, he doesn't throw punches with the same commitment to them and he looked less confident in exchanges.
I really think Pacquiao tried to KO Rios but couldn't. Rios turtled up like Clottey but punched more. He was a Clottey 2.0 not a Margarito 2.0.
