About PBF - Margarito..

ALl i know is that PBF would have never looked as impressive as Mosley did. He would have won a la PBF vs Baldomir.

 

And a shut out isn't impressive, right?

 

Obviously not as impressive as a shut-out + beat down + stopping a guy never previously stopped.

 

Inability to cut off the ring, No defense, wide looping punches, no ring intelligence, bad and slow footwork are the main reason he would lose.

 

Listen you all are going to sit here and rid Floyds dick until your assholes bleed, the reality is its very possible that saturdays fight displayed the wear and tear on a fighters body.

Margarito has been in war after war with all of the top welters over a 2 year span, I dont recall any welter fighting the top welters like that back to back.

So Mosleys win, though its huge and shouldnt be diminished its fair to question how much Margarito had left, set the wrap BS aside a moment and talk boxing.

The Margarito that fought Miguel Cotto the Margarito that fought Williams, and Cintron, that Antonio Margarito would have been hell for anybody, and it was for those three guys, Paul had enough to pull it out against that Antonio Margarito.

I dont think Floyd has what is needed to beat Tony or atleast that Margarito, I think Floyds style plays into Tonys hands, Floyd puts himself on the ropes, Shane didnt do that, infact not only did shane tie Margarito up, let me explain to you how Shane broke this man down.

Knowing Tony will give you the first half of the fight, Shane sat down on all of his shots knowing the 2nd half is Tonys, so he best get in his shots first, and on this level if your Margarito walking to mosley with no respect those shots will add up and you will get knocked out no matter who you are or what kind of chin you got.

Yes shane also stayed off the ropes, yes Shane tied Margarito up, things Floyd can do, but none of you mentioned anything else shane did in the fight, something I have never seen Floyd do to a bigger man and I dont think Floyd could do it with Tony, Shane pushed Margarito back he moved Margarito back and that did not allow Tony to really get the balance needed to dig in with hard shots.

Now, do I think Margarito of last saturday beats Floyd? No that Tony looked spent to me, is it the same out come? No, Floyd would break his hands hitting him as hard as shane did, it would be a game of hit and dont get hit.

The Margarito that beat the life out of Cotto, well I just dont see Floyd beating him period, too much to handle.

 

Becuase anybody who doubts Floyd is a hater something wrong with your eyes? doesnt matter what excuses you all come up with Floyd ducked him, he was called out, offered Millions and he ducked him.

Cotto, Williams, Clottey,Mosley and Cintron have more guts than PBF.

 

I wouldn't call PBF - BAldomir impressive...
