It's well known that the combination of heavy bag and pull-ups causes instantaneous death in 95% of cases, especially in that order. Of the remaining 5%, 4.8% of them are crippled for life, unable to even breathe and blink without the aid of various important and expensive medical machines.

0.02% of all people who have combined the two go on to live fruitful lives, each day more joyous than the next.

    Depends how lucky you're feeling.

    Hi christo

Yes of course it's ok to do that, actually that's a great combination which will reinforce your muscular + cardiovascular system at the same time

Also, it will train your pushing (triceps, chest, shoulders) muscles when hitting the bag, then your pulling muscles (back, biceps) when performing the pull ups

It will be hard at first but with time it will be highly beneficial

And please be polite with rakim, he's an excellent poster (one of the best and most genuine in this site) and a senior member

    Cheers

  10. Agreed. Good Combo, listen to your body and dont over do it. Big impact mixing the two up. Same with dips.
