Androstenedione was legal in the US at the time and availabe over the counter and was not banned by any of the sanctioning bodies who's titles he held.

Not to mention his B sample was clean anyway.

His opponent for that fight, richard hall also tested positive and not just lost every round amd took a frightful beating, but afterwards actually went on to give Michalcewski a tough enough fight that Michalcewski fought him again.

The RJJ hate here seems excessive, What about Vitali Klitschko? Tommy Morrison? Pacquiao? Mosley?I dont see anyone tearing them apart.

Legal at the time he took it. B-Sample came back clean. Kinda sounds like when Povetkin ‘popped’ but that didn’t stop the sticks and torches coming out for him. Certain turds on here don’t want to let that “Cheater” label go with Alexander but want Roy’s case to be forgotten. Lol Don’t think so.

Well roys offence was even more harmless, which is why he wasnt stripped r otherwise punished but Theres no reason to crucify povetkin either, its big money Pro Sports ffs! There is no cheating. Thats a childish naive mentality. And if you know better then there is no reason to stoop to that 6th grade level of emotional fingerpointing

They're all on juice. It really shouldn't be an issue.

They blocked the release of the B sample. And it was totally banned. His opponent that fight popped for the same substance.

Roy Popped dirty and because he was a star and generated money the whole thing was swept under the rug.
Roy often fought in cities with lax testing at the time. Here is an hbo fighter and a top draw and p4p fighter - go look at the places he fought. He was clearly juicing and avoiding tests.
Similar to how Morrison avoided Vegas for the hiv test. Roy would juice during certain matches throughout his career.

I remember when Roid Jones was busted for roids in Indiana! Mosely was an admitted cheat, not to mention so many others. Povetkin was cleared by VADA for the Wilder fight after a mistake and review, but the WBC's first job is to protect Wilder. Ortiz was also framed, he took blood pressure medicine, not a PED at all. Notice that not one of Wilder's winos from the alley has ever tested for roids?! The reason is that they were not a threat, but Ortiz and Povetkin was, in fact Povetkin would have knocked Wilder out, no doubt!
