Hello there, tomorrow i start exercises (pull ups). But i want to know about my training. Yes you should stretch after exercise. You want to be flexible. You just don't want to be weakened from stretching before you exercise. Flexibility comes from a long consistent stretching program done on warm muscles.
hello after my pull up workout i nodded back and first time i did that, then ... now i feel neck pain beacuse of nodding omg.
When doing it, keep the Head level and Push back hard, hold for 15 secs then release. At the start dont do the Turning.
Should i do chicken stretch before or after? i feel pain beacuse of my bad pulling up i nodded back when i was pulling up ebacuse i thought i am doing that wrong i hope it is not a serious probloem it still feel a little pain.
why I will stop for 2 days i felt pain eacuse of my bad techniqe i had to pull up in one line but then i nodded my head back it was not correct.
