I just looked on boxrec and was surprised that Fury was only 2lb heavier vs Seferi than vs Abell

And only 4lb heavier than in the mcdermott 2 fight.

To me this tells that not only has he gained a bunch of fat but also must have lost a huge amount of muscle in his time off because he was WAY leaner at 272 vs Abell

This means it may take longer than i thought for him to be back in proper shape

He needs to run a lot and work on chest and upper body big time

I felt a bit sorry for him in that last fight, uncoordinated and wobbly

Yeah its a case of keeping active staying in the gym.

I reckon hes still got a good 3-4 stone of fat to get off him but hes gonna have to gain lean body mass too which means months doing a recomp

A guy his size should be 250lb imo but if he lost 24lb at the moment hed still be fat.

To be fair he has a **** load of weight already which is an achievement in itself at that size with the problem he has and when got money he has a lot ppl would give up
So fair play. He has a fair way go but on right track
A fit in form fury can only be good British boxing as opens up some big fights

Klit fight shape for when he takes on the big guns is perfect.

Of course he's lost a lot of muscle. He didn't really have a lot of muscle in the first place, to be fair, strength and power are not his things. Look at Miller at 300 lbs and Fury at 274 lbs, and fury is 5 inches taller.
