About what time did Tyson drop off from being an "elite" HW?

    Get off the crack. He was easily still an elite fighter. Are you seriously that deluded?

    It's tough to pinpoint a time, but it's in the mid-late 90s. The man was still in the top few HWs in the world for all those years.
