    Whether i like the celeb or not(KOBE i cant stand you)i will always take the guys side FIRST until some hard and actual facts come to light.

    This happens far too often to male celebs/athletes.

    OK. I really didn't know what standards Germany's courts use and I wasn't going to presume anything. I hope this accusation isn't true.
