Good post Odo, because of an realistic view.

The match could go either way depending on the daily condition. Both have the tools to knock the oponent out. As for points i´ll favour Pavlik because of his high workrate.

    Oh lord, the ******edness continues

Take out the fact that Abrahams win over miranda was on paper and just that. If that fight had been outside of germany you would of read on paper "Miranda Tko5 abraham". And that fact how many other wins does abraham have that are questionable like Eastman? I guess abrahams domination of nobodys such as Kingley Ikekeis and Gervor make up for that.

And stop acting like Abraham lasting with a broken jaw is something to be applauded for. It shows heart but it also shows he can be hurt, and dont say that his mouth was open at the time of the punch. I dont care if he had his jaw open, lost his mouthpeice or he tripped over his burger king helmet, he still ****ing got his supposedly iron jaw snapped by a so-called great banger.

Never understood what was questionable about Eastman losing to Abraham. Perhaps the fact that it was a decision and not a stoppage? Luckily Abraham doesn't have too many of those. :rofl

As to the fact that Abraham's jaw can be broken, I would have to agree with you - this shows vulnerability. I bet he can also be shot. And I thought he was the Armenian incarnation of the Terminator. Dreams shattered...

Abraham and Ayala both would get knocked out within 5 rounds by Kelly "the ghost" Pavlik.

Especially if the fight is in the US ... Abraham is out of his element coming to the US. He can't use those dirty tactics and he will be force to show skill and make adjustments. I don't care how good his chin is ... He can still get stopped.

He didn't impress me much against Miranda and now that i've seen him fight Ayala ... he's futher proven to be a terrible fighter.

Yeah abraham doesnt but Pavlik or Edison have even less decisions and even higher KO percentage. Not to mention abraham has never Ko'd a guy in the first round. Could the german boxing media and his fans be overrating his one punch power? Wouldnt be too suprising considering considering this is the same land that brought everyone sven ottke.

And hes more like the reincarnation of the previously mentioned phantom warrior.

 I am listening to you, great intelligent and knowledgeable Ethan Trims!

I had a good laugh when reading your post, mate!

"it also shows he can be hurt"

Boxing is a dangerous sport. There are no supermen. Any fighter-as good as he may be-can be hurt in a fight.Abraham is a human being.

Ikeke and Ghevor bums and nobodies? Just reveals your great knowledge of our beloved sport.

The Eastman victory questionable? It was a close fight. The vast mayority of the people and ring observers who watched that fight had Abraham ahead on points after 12 close rounds.Eastman was just too passive and lethargic too often.

How many other "qustionable victories does Abraham have? Hm! I strongly recommend you to go and buy some tapes of his fights.

"""And stop acting like Abraham lasting with a broken jaw is something to be applauded for.""""

Abraham deserves credit for going the full route with an opponent who had been hailed to be one of the most awesome bangers out there. But not only did he go the full distance with Miranda he made the water for him very hot and gave him hell despite running for his life due to his suffered severe injuries.Watch round 9 of their encounter! Abraham had twice broken his jaw,had lost tons of blood, and had been totally out of puff at the beginning of round 9.Nevertheless,he was the one who almost scored a ko in that round. He was the one who connected with some really good shots.
It was an outstandingly amazing fight.I do applaud Abraham for that incredible performance, and I will continue doing so.

Abraham punches are too wide, everytime hes on offense his hands are down at waist level. I think Pavlik picks him apart and most likely stop him. Hell I even think he wont get past Miranda if that fight will happen.

Abraham definitely has a chance. The fight against Ikeke showed that he has the skill to fight a tall opponent. If you watch the fight, you can see him jump in and out of range, land his bombs and get out. Now dont get me wrong, Ikeke is no Pavlik, but non the less Abraham showed that he can close the distance against a much taller fighter. If I had to give a prediction for this fight, I would say Pavlik UD in a very tough fight with a lot of drama. Im rooting for Abraham though, percentage wise it would be a 60/40 split in favor of Pavlik.

I've watched many off AA's fights and i'm just not impressed. Yes, he makes the highlight reel often as he has great power but he got gifts against Miranda and Howard Eastman. He carries his hands too long and only likes to fight in spurts. Kelly fights 3 minutes of each round and would be too much for him.

If he loses to Miranda, he will take his belt home and hide it under the German flag and never risk it against Pavlik. I think the names Taylor and Miranda are being floated since they are Kelly's latest fights and a benchmark for Abraham to judge himself against without risking the belt. Only in Germany does the judge pick the favorite up off of the canvas before starting the count. Saw that in the stream on Saturday. What a joke.

If he loses to Miranda theres no point in fighting Pavlik, kinda obvious. Instead of hating, be happy that the guy is willing to cross the pond and fight in the U.S.

The point is he has a middle weight belt. He should be willing to risk it against other belt holders. If he fights above 160, which it looks like he will, that is no excuse to duck Pavlik at 160 so he can PRETEND to be a world champion. The Miranda fight is irrelavent to 160. Let's call it like it is. If he ducks Pavlik because he can't get past Miranda, he is MW champ of the B division of boxing. Nothing more.

And I don't care which side of "the pond" he is on. I'd say the same thing if he was in the States. I'm not a hater. I never thought he would get back in the ring with Miranda. Props if he proves me wrong.:thumbsup

Which begs the question, "What fight was HE watching?" :patsch

Seriously, I thought about that, but if he didn't see the knockdown, why did he start the count? Isn't that HIS call as to whether it was a slip or a knockdown? Is he allowed to get ouside help on that call? Serious rules question on my part, not a troll.
